We are seeking a visionary leader to spearhead the evolution of our Incedo LighthouseTM platform, driving innovation in critical client problem-solving at scale. This role will be instrumental in crafting and refining advanced AI and GenAI models for problem discovery, root cause analysis, and actionable insights.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development of cutting-edge AI and GenAI models for sophisticated problem-solving and strategic decision-making.\
  • Collaborate closely with data scientists and machine learning engineers to create, refine, and deploy Generative AI models for comprehensive analysis and insights generation.\
  • Work synergistically with Technical Architects to evolve and enhance frameworks for augmenting batch processing data architectures with real-time streaming capabilities.\
  • Provide expert guidance on designing and implementing automated data pipelines for raw data and engineered features, ensuring seamless integration and scalability.\
  • Oversee the development of use cases on the platform, focusing on vertical-specific problem statements and tailored solutions.\
  • Lead and mentor a team of data scientists and machine learning engineers, fostering a culture of excellence and providing mentorship on best practices in GenAI, AI/ML methodologies, and coding standards.\
  • Support pre-sales, marketing, and sales activities by offering subject matter expertise during engagement scoping and design.\

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Profound understanding of Statistics, Classical Machine Learning, Deep Learning, and GenAI, accompanied by significant hands-on experience in these areas.\
  • Able to grasp nuances of business problems across various domains and quickly develop effective problem-solving strategies.\
  • Significant exposure to proprietary and open-source cloud-based Machine Learning platforms, with experience in leveraging open-source LLMs and prompt engineering.\
  • Hands-on expertise in ML programming skills in Python, utilizing open-source libraries and frameworks.\
  • Experience working with RDBMS and NoSQL databases; familiarity with Big Data technologies.\
  • 12-18 years of experience in Machine Learning model development and application.\
  • Experience in building cloud-based products that implement GenAI and ML modeling as a service.\
