Program Management Role

We are seeking a seasoned Program Manager to lead our new product operations initiatives.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving convergence between development schedules, module ramp requirements, and new product launches.

This position requires strong communication skills, both written and verbal, as well as experience working with cross-functional teams to drive project execution.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Establishing and maintaining relationships with Engineering and Operations teams to drive NPI/PRQ readiness
  • Planning build requirements, tracking material availability, and overseeing build execution
  • Influencing product manufacturability, testability, and supply chain responsiveness
  • Managing communications throughout the organization to raise key issues and options for resolution with executive teams

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 8+ years of program management experience in high volume manufacturing
  • Bachelor of Engineering degree
  • Excellent written and spoken communication skills in English
  • Familiarity with office software and spreadsheets
  • Experience working in a global environment and willingness to travel up to 50%

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Leadership abilities and experience leading team meetings/syncs
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to present to executive level management
  • Self-motivated and enthusiastic with critical thinking capabilities
  • Masters degree or MBA preferred
