
Senior Product Manager

We are seeking a dynamic Senior Product Manager with 5+ years of experience to lead the development and enhancement of our digital products.
This role is ideal for individuals who have successfully managed product lifecycles from ideation to launch, have hands-on experience in building AI-powered features/products, and are eager to drive product strategy in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Product Strategy & Roadmap: Define and communicate the product vision and multi-quarter roadmap in alignment with company goals.
- Market Research & Validation: Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and user feedback sessions to validate product-market fit and prioritize opportunities.
- Product Documentation: Author and maintain high-quality PRDs, epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- AI Feature Development: Collaborate with data science and ML teams to define, build, and launch AI-powered features and workflows (e.g., personalization, prediction, summarization, automation).
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Lead cross-functional execution with engineering, design, operations, marketing, sales, and customer success teams.
- Prioritization & Backlog Management: Prioritize backlog using frameworks like RICE, WSJF, or MoSCoW; manage trade-offs for speed and quality.
- Product Launches & Go-to-Market: Plan and execute product launches and go-to-market activities while collaborating with Growth, Marketing, and Sales.
- Performance Metrics & Analytics: Establish KPIs (e.g., DAU/MAU, conversion, retention, NPS, CLTV) and drive analytics-informed feature improvement cycles.
- Continuous Improvement: Ensure continuous delivery and iterative optimization through A/B tests, experiments, and post-launch reviews.
- Team Mentorship: Mentor and guide Associate PMs or PMs, helping them sharpen skills in strategy, discovery, and stakeholder management.
Essential Qualifications & Experience
- Experience: 5+ years in digital product management experienceideally in SaaS/B2B or large consumer platforms.
- Product Lifecycle Ownership: At least 1 full product lifecycle ownedfrom discovery to launch to refinement.
- Product Launch & Scaling: Proven ability to launch new products (01) and scale existing products/features (1N) in fast-paced environments.
- AI Product Experience: Prior experience working on AI/ML-powered products or collaborating closely with data science teams.
- Familiarity with concepts like model lifecycle, data labeling, inference, and evaluation.
- Agile Methodologies: Hands-on experience with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and tooling (Jira, Aha, Productboard, etc.
- Analytical Skills: Demonstrated ability in market sizing, business modeling, and strategic & Technical Requirements
- Education: Bachelor's degree in engineering, Computer Science, Business, or relevant field; MBA/Advanced degree is a merit.
- Technical Competency: Competency in SQL and analytics tools (e.g., GA4, Amplitude, Mixpanel, Looker).
- UX Tools: Hands-on familiarity with UX research, prototyping, and usability tools (e.g., Figma, Hotjar).

- Technical Fluency & Pragmatism: Understands fundamental technologies (APIs, scalability, data pipelines) to make pragmatic trade-offs.
- Capable of translating business/UX needs into technical specifications.
- AI Literacy & Productization: Understands how to evaluate ML models and scope AI/LLM features that are technically feasible and user-friendly.
- Can identify where AI adds real value vs noise.
- Communication & Leadership: Inspires cross-functional alignment through clarity in written & verbal communication.
- Adept at managing stakeholders, resolving conflicts, and influencing without authority.
- Team Growth & Mentorship: Coaches junior PMs and fosters a high-performance team.
- Contributes to product best practices, culture, and documentation.
