Job Summary

We are looking for a data-driven, execution-focused Senior Product Manager with 6-10 years of experience in quick commerce, logistics, or marketplace (B2B Preferred) domains. You will be responsible for conceptualizing and owning product features that serve our vendor partners, delivery riders, salesman, warehouse teams, category managers, and internal business units.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, operations, sales, finance, and leadership to create world-class products that scale. Your role will require a deep understanding of how technology, supply chain, and commerce intersect to create seamless and impactful user experiences.

Key Responsibilities

Product Strategy & Ownership

Define and manage the roadmap for products like the consumer app, vendor onboarding flows, rider app, sales app , catalog tools, and FairDeal Hub.

Lead features and enhancements that drive activation, retention, and revenue growth across our B2B platform.

Translate business goals into technical solutions through strong PRDs and specifications.

User & Business Impact

Design user-centric features for retailer onboarding, catalog search, product promotions, and order tracking.

Improve internal tools like warehouse and admin portals to streamline operations and enhance visibility.

Work closely with the category, finance, operations, and sales teams to convert manual workflows into automated digital processes.

Data & Analytics

Define and monitor key metrics and KPIs for growth, order success rates, feature adoption, and operational performance.

Utilize tools such as Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Amplitude, and custom dashboards to drive data-informed decisions.

Run A/B tests, funnel analyses, and behavioral tracking to continuously optimize the product experience.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

Collaborate daily with engineering (10+ developers), UI/UX designers, QA and business leads.

Work with the HR and sales teams to digitize attendance, visit tracking, and incentive calculations.

Align technology features with seasonal and category planning executed by the category and finance teams.

Execution & Delivery

Manage Sprint planning, standups, retrospectives, and grooming sessions.

Use tools like Jira and Figma to manage tasks, wireframes, and sprint priorities.

Ensure timely rollout of features while maintaining high quality, scalability, and business relevance.

Key Qualifications

68 years of experience in product management roles, preferably in quick commerce, logistics or marketplace.

Strong analytical mindset with experience in data modeling, growth funnels, and experiment design.

Hands-on experience with tools like Jira, Google Analytics, Mixpanel, and Figma.

Experience working on B2B or B2B2C apps, preferably involving vendor platforms, rider logistics, catalog optimization, or sales enablement.

Prior experience managing cross-functional teams including engineers, QA, design, and business.

Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and cross-department teams.

Bachelors degree in Engineering,Computer Science, Business, or a related field is required. MBA is mandatory.
