Senior Android Development Lead

We are seeking an experienced leader to head our Android development team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully leading cross-functional teams and guiding them towards technical excellence.

  • At least 8-10 years of experience in software development, with a strong background in Android development and leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Oversee the development process and ensure that all projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet the required quality standards.
  2. Mentor and guide team members to improve their skills and expertise, and help them overcome technical challenges.
  3. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product management, design, and QA, to ensure seamless integration and delivery.

Requirements:

  • Extensive knowledge of C# and Android development.
  • Mandatory Multi-Platform App UI expertise.
  • Experience with modern software architectures (e.g., microservices).
  • Familiarity with cloud technologies and services (e.g., Azure).
  • Knowledge of migrating desktop applications to mobile platforms.

Skills:

  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to overcome technical challenges.
  • Strong communication skills to interact effectively with various stakeholders.
  • Experience in creating technical documentation and architecture specifications.
