Secure Mobile App Developer

We are seeking a skilled and experienced mobile app developer to join our team. As a secure mobile app developer, you will be responsible for designing, building, testing, and maintaining native iOS and Android applications focused on security use cases.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and test native iOS and Android applications with a focus on security features such as threat detection, automated malware response, and malware analysis.
  • Implement secure and user-friendly mobile interfaces that adhere to platform-specific guidelines.
  • Integrate security telemetry and monitoring features into mobile apps to support tamper-proofing and security hardening.
  • Develop internal tools for threat intelligence gathering, reverse engineering, and malware hunting.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in native iOS and Android application development.
  • Deep understanding of Android and iOS internals, including APIs that provide security telemetry.
  • Expertise in server-side programming (Python preferred) for building secure APIs.
  • Familiarity with authentication/authorization mechanisms and encryption standards.
  • Hands-on experience with containerization (Docker) and orchestration (e.g., Kubernetes, AWS ECS/EKS) to deploy microservices.
  • Proficiency in building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines using tools like GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or AWS CodePipeline.
  • Experience deploying and managing cloud-based applications on AWS using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools like Terraform or CloudFormation.
  • Experience writing unit, integration, and end-to-end tests for mobile, web, and back-end components.
  • Understanding of fundamental areas of cybersecurity, specifically threat management and incident response.
