Job Opportunity

We are seeking a Senior Staff Software Engineer to join our team and contribute to the development of large-scale distributed systems.

The successful candidate will have experience in architecting complex platforms, designing scalable systems, and working with high-caliber colleagues to turn product and technical vision into reality.

This role is perfect for someone who is passionate about building an open financial system that brings the world together. You'll work closely with engineers, designers, product managers, and senior leadership to create a trusted, scalable, and compliant platform.

  • Design and develop large-scale distributed systems using modern cloud technology and industry best practices
  • Provide technical structure to teams and work closely with management and stakeholders to define strategic roadmaps
  • Build new services to meet critical product and business needs using Golang / Java
  • Solve novel problems with strong technical skills for system design and coding

To succeed in this role, you'll need 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with 4+ years of experience in architecting large-scale distributed systems. You'll also need excellent written and verbal communication skills, and a bias toward open, transparent cultural practices.

Nice to have: experience with growth experiments or A/B testing frameworks, blockchain technology, and Golang, Docker, Rails, Postgres, MongoDB, or DynamoDB.
