Lead GenAI Engineer

About the Role:

  • We're seeking a highly skilled and innovative GenAI Engineer to join our team.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • You will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying AI Agent platforms that are cost-efficient and aligned with our overall architectural vision.
  • Achieve measurable adoption of AI Agent platforms through proven expertise in architecting and scaling.
  • Apply strong knowledge of RAG pipelines (retrieval optimization, reranking, chunking, knowledge graphs) to drive conversational AI system development.
  • Evaluate and improve conversational AI systems using established frameworks.
  • Scale services to 200K+ MAUs by leveraging technical leadership skills and experience.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of success in architecting and scaling AI Agent platforms.
  • Strong understanding of RAG pipelines and conversational AI evaluation frameworks.
  • Demonstrated leadership in technical decision-making with at least 4 years of engineering experience.
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills across engineering, product, and design teams.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
