Job Title: Legal Manager

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Legal Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing legal matters and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Matters at Courts and BMC Offices: Represent the company in matters at courts and BMC offices as required.
  • Law Firm Coordination: Coordinate with appointed law firms to appear on behalf of group companies.
  • Documentation and Correspondence: Draft documentation, correspondence, and inspect documents.
  • Compliance and Execution: Coordinate and act as a point of contact between sales teams, finance team, and construction team for compliance with RERA related compliances and execution of transactions and contractual complaints.
  • Reporting: Generate Excel sheet reports in all procedural practices monthly for promoters.
  • Letter Issuance: Handle issuances of letters related to rectification/cancellation/termination/possession drafts, POA/demand letters, stamped duty docs, agreements, registration, advocates letters, and compliance letters to appointed agencies, law firms, BMC departments, and communication.
