Senior Account Strategist APAC

Overview: This role entails managing high-value accounts in the Asia-Pacific region, ensuring strategic alignment, successful product adoption, and measurable business outcomes.

About the Position

Seeking an experienced professional to join our Key Account Management team. The ideal candidate will have 4-8 years of experience in managing large/complex accounts and driving commercial growth. They will be responsible for building trusted relationships with senior stakeholders, understanding customer business models, and designing tailored success roadmaps.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a portfolio of strategic accounts across APAC, focusing on satisfaction, adoption, and retention.
  • Develop trusted relationships with senior stakeholders, including executive-level decision-makers.
  • Understand customer business models, processes, and goals to create customized success plans.
  • Lead end-to-end product implementation and configuration aligned with client requirements.
  • Identify opportunities for upsell, cross-sell, and renewal to achieve growth targets.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, IT, or related field, or equivalent professional experience in SaaS/software.
  • 4-8 years of experience in Key Account Management, Customer Success, or Enterprise Project Delivery (ERP, CRM, SaaS preferred).
  • Proven track record of managing large/complex accounts and driving commercial results.
  • Strong cross-cultural communication skills and experience engaging senior/executive stakeholders in APAC markets.
