Testing and Solutions Leadership Opportunity

This role will be responsible for leading the testing efforts of our Dynatrace solutions. Key responsibilities include:

  • Deploying Dynatrace OneAgent to diverse environments and topologies distributed across different geographic locations.
  • Gathering requirements from application owners, analyzing them, and implementing monitoring using OneAgent on requisite servers.
  • Understanding discovered application processes/services and configuring them.
  • Working with application teams to understand critical transactions and develop dashboards for the same.
  • Customizing Anomaly detection rules and setting up alerting profiles for each application to send notifications to application users.
  • Creating/setting up detection rules for log files discovered by OneAgent.
  • Integrating tools like Jenkins with Dynatrace OneAgent.
  • Creating management zones for each application and assigning respective users to view their application details.
  • Tool management and administration.
  • Troubleshooting with DT support to fix issues faced in applications over calls.

The ideal candidate will have experience in designing and implementing various tools like Dynatrace SaaS, Dynatrace Appmon, and a good understanding of Application Performance Management (APM) tools. Knowledge of Python and Node JS is also a plus. One Agent Certification would be an added advantage.

Requirements:

  • 8+ years of experience in Dynatrace.
  • Experience in designing and implementing various tools like Dynatrace SaaS, Dynatrace Appmon.
  • Good understanding of Application Performance Management (APM) tools.
