Test Manager Professional - Expert in SAP Test Management

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and coordinate test activities for all phases within a project.
  • Provide guidance on test planning and execution to project management teams.
  • Ensure seamless traceability from business requirements to executed test scenarios.
  • Lead a team of testers in creating and delivering test cases within the designated tool.
  • Track test progress and ensure timely completion.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive test plans and packages.
  • Defect Identification and Resolution.
  • Continual Improvement and Quality Assurance.

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Support other test managers with their test management tasks.
  • Create detailed test plans and assign test cases to relevant teams.
  • Update project documentation and reports.
  • Report on test status and defect findings.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams for effective test execution.
  • Monitor and address stakeholder inquiries.

Deliverables:

  • Comprehensive Test Strategy Document.
  • Enablement Packages for Each Test Phase.
  • Regional Knowledge Transfer Sessions.
  • Detailed Test Plans.
  • Regular Test and Defect Reports.
  • Training and Enablement for Stakeholders.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in test management roles with expertise in SAP Solution Manager.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Strong leadership and team collaboration abilities.

Technical Requirements:

  • Proficiency in SAP Solution Manager (SXP Test Suite) and Analytic tools like Power BI and SAP Cloud ALM.
  • Familiarity with Jira and other project management tools.
