Job Title: Executive IT Leader

This is a key leadership role in our Information Technology department. We are seeking an experienced IT leader to manage and maintain our local and cloud server environments, network infrastructure, and hardware systems.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Manage Windows-based local servers and Microsoft Azure cloud services including file servers, DNS, DHCP, AD, backups, and VMs.
  • Implement and monitor backup and disaster recovery for both local and cloud environments.
  • Manage network infrastructure, configure firewalls, intrusion prevention systems, and network access control.
  • Ensure data security compliance, endpoint protection, and identity/access management across platforms.
  • Install, configure, and troubleshoot desktops, laptops, servers, and related IT hardware.
  • Provide basic support for CCTV systems, maintain detailed documentation of infrastructure, network configurations, and IT procedures.

Requirements:

  • 3–5 years of experience in system and network administration in a hybrid setup.
  • Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure and Windows Server environments.
  • Strong knowledge of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, VLAN, VPN).
  • Proficient in firewall setup and management.
  • Experience with hardware diagnostics, upgrades, and replacements.

About This Role

This executive position involves leading the IT team to ensure the smooth operation of our server environments, network infrastructure, and hardware systems. The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing and monitoring backup and disaster recovery strategies, as well as managing network infrastructure and configuring firewalls and intrusion prevention systems.
