Our organization is seeking an experienced Jira professional to take on a pivotal role. This individual will be responsible for administering and optimizing Jira/Confluence environments, defining standards, workflows, dashboards, and reports across projects.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills and hands-on experience in managing multiple projects and release trains in Jira. They will also have a strong understanding of Scaled Agile (SAFe) principles and be able to support teams working in this environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Administer and optimize Jira/Confluence environments by setting up and configuring workflows, dashboards, and reports.
  • Define and implement Jira standards across projects, ensuring consistency and best practices adoption.
  • Support Agile Release Trains and Scrum of Scrums, including PI Planning boards, and ensure platform stability and upgrades.
  • Integrate Jira with tools like GitHub, Bitbucket, Jenkins, and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Provide coaching, training, and reports for stakeholders and leadership on Jira usage and best practices.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • 4–7 years of Jira Administration experience.

Desirable Skills

  • Strong knowledge of Jira workflows, customization, and automation.
  • Experience supporting Scaled Agile/SAFe programs and excellent communication, stakeholder management, and multitasking skills.
  • Familiarity with integrations, APIs, and scripting.
