HR Leadership and Operations Manager
We are seeking a highly skilled HR professional to lead our HR strategy and oversee operational functions.
Main Responsibilities:
- Develop and Implement HR Policies: Design, implement, and evaluate HR policies, procedures, and best practices to support organizational goals and objectives.
- Talent Acquisition and Management: Manage end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and talent retention initiatives, ensuring seamless integration of new employees into the organization.
- Administrative Support: Oversee payroll processing, statutory compliance, employee benefits, and performance management, maintaining accurate records and meeting regulatory requirements.
- Employee Engagement: Coordinate employee engagement, training, and professional development programs, promoting a culture of continuous learning and growth.
- General Administration: Supervise general administration including facilities, vendor management, and office services, ensuring a smooth and efficient work environment.
- Data Analysis: Provide HR data analysis and reports for management decision-making, informing strategic business decisions.
Requirements:
- Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Professional Experience: 5-7 years of experience in HR and administration, preferably in manufacturing, export, or real estate sectors.
- Skills and Knowledge: Solid knowledge of labor laws, HR practices, and compliance requirements, as well as strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in HR software and MS Office tools.
