ServiceNow Developer Position

As a skilled ServiceNow developer, you will be responsible for creating and implementing solutions that meet the needs of our organization. Your primary goal will be to design, develop, and deploy custom apps, workflows, and UI components using ServiceNow's platform.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Mentor junior team members through knowledge-sharing and code reviews
  • Design and implement ServiceNow solutions
  • Drive scripting and integrations using Glide, JavaScript, and APIs (REST, SOAP)
  • Build and maintain custom Service Portal components using SCSS and AngularJS
  • Deliver ITSM and CMDB solutions involving process design, data modeling, and integrations
  • Leverage Now Assist and Virtual Agent capabilities to enhance end-user experience
Required Skills and Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • 7+ years in ServiceNow/ITSM development roles
  • Strong scripting and integration background (JavaScript, REST, SOAP, IntegrationHub)
  • Hands-on Service Portal development experience
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to work independently and lead small technical teams
Nice to Have:
  • Familiarity with Now Assist features
  • ServiceNow certifications (e.g., CSA, CIS-GRC)
  • Experience with Agile or Scrum-based delivery models
