Sales Growth Manager

iThink Logistics is a dynamic company that requires an experienced sales professional to drive revenue growth for our Same Day/Next Day Delivery services.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the delivery ecosystem, including trends, challenges, and competitive landscape. With 5+ years of proven sales experience in logistics, transportation, or last-mile delivery, they will be able to develop and implement effective sales strategies to capture new market opportunities and expand relationships with existing clients.
As a Sales Growth Manager, you will play a pivotal role in growing our Same Day/Next Day Delivery service portfolio by driving sales, acquiring new clients, and expanding relationships with existing customers. This position requires a seasoned sales professional with excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
We offer a competitive base salary of $120,000 per year, with performance-based commission. Additionally, you will receive health, dental, and vision insurance, paid time off and holidays, and professional development and career advancement opportunities.
