Sales and Business Growth Manager

As a key member of our team at Atria Convergence Technologies Ltd, you will play a vital role in driving sales growth and business expansion. With a strong focus on delivering exceptional results, you will lead the development of innovative sales strategies to onboard new clients and achieve sales targets.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Design and implement effective sales plans to meet business objectives.
- Cross-sell and up-sell services across various markets to enhance account wallet share.
- Manage a team of 5+ members and provide guidance on sales techniques and performance metrics.
- Monitor and maintain good rapport with key accounts to improve NPS scores.
**Requirements:**
- Minimum 5 years of experience in sales leadership or equivalent.
- Strong understanding of key customer needs and requirements.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
