  • Monitor and maintain good rapport with key accounts to improve NPS scores.

**Requirements:**

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in sales leadership or equivalent.
  • Strong understanding of key customer needs and requirements.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
