Job Overview

  • We are seeking a seasoned Program Manager to lead the development and implementation of operational programs and projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop strong relationships with cross-functional teams to drive program delivery.
  • Identify and mitigate organizational risks and gaps, creating initiatives to drive improvement and efficiency.
  • Drive execution of operational programs, projects, and initiatives, resolving issue escalations and removing obstacles to progress.
  • Ensure alignment with budget and priorities through effective financial and headcount management.
  • Lead communications strategy for programs, ensuring clear and efficient information flow to teams.
  • Build strategic partnerships with Product, Engineering, and Data Science teams.
  • Collect and analyze data to drive key insights and improvements in process and customer experience.

Requirements

  • Experience managing programs in 2D and 3D LiDAR annotations, object detection, semantic segmentation, polyline, and polygon annotation.
  • Drive high-impact initiatives to improve process quality and customer experience.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders on project scoping and prioritization based on business impact and OKRs.
  • Communicate plans, insights, data, and results to project stakeholders.
  • Design experiments and interpret results to draw actionable conclusions.
  • Present findings to senior management to inform business decisions.

Preferred Qualifications

  • High-paced tech startup or large tech company experience, or consulting background.
  • Analytics background, collecting, structuring, and analyzing data to drive key insights.

Professional Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 5+ years of relevant experience in program management.
