Job Description:

A Process Engineer will be responsible for designing and leading process improvements, utilizing process expertise for multiple business groups, and identifying procedural and control deficiencies.

This role involves complex problem-solving, data analysis, and effective communication with business partners and leadership. The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of experience in Process Engineering or a related field.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and lead process design for Workflow Automation Tools or improvement initiatives
  • Utilize process expertise for multiple business groups and provide data
  • Identify procedural and control deficiencies, and recommend solutions
  • Support process improvement initiatives, reviews, researches, compiles information, tests, and evaluates process and workflow data
  • Prepare process requirements
  • Provide operational and analytical support for Process Engineers
  • Assist in identifying gaps and efficiency opportunities
Required Qualifications:
  • 2+ years of Process Engineering experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
