Job Description
  • We are seeking a highly skilled Operational Excellence Specialist to join our team.

Key Accountabilities
  • Performance Metrics: Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure operational efficiency and quality.
  • Process Optimization: Identify areas for improvement and implement changes to enhance process efficiency and customer satisfaction.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service and support to internal stakeholders.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of O2C processes.
  • Compliance: Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and company policies.

Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field.
  • Experience: 3+ years of experience in process improvement, operations management, or related field.
