Job Title: Business Partnership Expert

As a seasoned HR Business Partner, you will play a pivotal role in driving core HR processes and operational effectiveness across various business units. Your primary responsibility will be to serve as a strategic advisor to business leaders, aligning people practices with business goals and driving transformation initiatives at the location level.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 7-9 years of overall HR experience, with at least 5 years in an HRBP role.
  • Strong operational HR background, problem-solving mindset, and hands-on experience in handling on-ground workforce matters.
  • Ability to lead and develop a team of HR executives or generalists (if applicable).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence people managers on leadership, employee management, and team dynamics.
