As a key member of our organization's HR team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation and efficient management of human resources.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Act as the primary point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns, providing timely support and guidance to ensure a positive work environment
  • Effectively address employee grievances and resolve conflicts through fair and prompt resolutions
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies to maintain a high-performing work culture
  • Assist in the recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates to identify top talent
  • Coordinate and conduct new hire onboarding and orientation to facilitate a seamless transition into the company
  • Maintain accurate employee records and documentation to meet regulatory requirements and ensure data integrity
  • Support the performance management process, including goal setting and performance reviews to drive employee growth and development
  • Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off to promote employee well-being and satisfaction
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience in an HR Generalist role with a proven track record of success
  • Strong employee relations and conflict resolution skills to build trust and credibility with employees
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with employees, management, and other stakeholders
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines
