Job Overview
\We are seeking a skilled Business Development Manager to lead our team in driving business growth through channel partners and bank branches. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a team of field officers and team managers, generating business leads, and achieving sales targets.
\Key Responsibilities:

- Lead a team of 5-15 field officers and 1-5 team managers to generate business through channel partners.\
- Drive business growth through 60-90 bank branches in the circle.\
- Responsible for targets allocated to 60-90 bank branches.\
- Motivate and train the branch staff to achieve their targets.\
- Build relationships with business partners and address their queries.\
- Conduct regular team meetings to motivate and educate the team on new products and market trends.\
- Manage and maintain accurate records of sales performance and progress.\
- Deliver results under pressure and meet sales targets.\
- Promote a positive work culture and foster teamwork among colleagues.\
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.\
