Role Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and strategic HR Business Partner to work closely with our sales Division.

This role requires a deep understanding of business goals, particularly within sales operations, and the ability to translate these into effective people strategies.

The ideal candidate will be skilled in workforce planning, organizational development, employee relations, performance management, and talent development while actively driving a high-performance, engaged culture.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Target Alignment and Strategy:

- Collaborate with the Head of Department (Sales) to define and set sales targets for the team.

- Ensure alignment of targets with overall business strategy, team capabilities, and market dynamics.

Organizational Leadership & HR Strategy:

- Serve as a strategic advisor to leadership by offering thought leadership on people-related strategies.

- Act as a consultant to management on human resource-related issues, contributing to business growth and transformation.

Sales Team Enablement:

- Drive communication and education initiatives to ensure the sales team is fully informed and trained on new product offerings.

- Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to ensure sales teams have the knowledge and tools required to succeed.

Performance Management and Coaching:

- Guide and support managers in setting performance expectations, delivering feedback, and developing employees.

- Partner with leadership to create a high-performance culture through regular coaching, reviews, and development planning.

Employee Relations & HR Expertise:

- Provide expert-level support on complex employee relations issues to ensure fair and consistent practices.

- Advise on compensation, promotions, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution strategies.

HR Program Development:

- Contribute to the continuous improvement of key HR programs, including but not limited to recruitment, employee retention, compensation, benefits, and L&D initiatives.

- Collaborate with other HR functional areas to ensure seamless execution of these programs.

Culture and Engagement:

- Champion a culture of excellence and engagement by driving initiatives that promote employee satisfaction, well-being, and productivity.

- Identify opportunities to enhance morale and strengthen employee connection to the organization's mission and values.

Organizational Effectiveness:

- Develop people strategies and use diagnostic tools to identify organizational challenges and opportunities.

- Design and implement solutions that improve team effectiveness and drive business results.

Core HR Process Leadership:

- Lead the execution of critical HR processes across the business unit, including performance calibration, compensation planning, and promotion cycles.

- Ensure equity and transparency in the administration of these processes.

Data Analysis and Reporting:

- Analyze and interpret employee data such as compensation trends, job levels, headcount, attrition, and other workforce metrics.

- Use data insights to guide leadership decision-making and provide proactive recommendations.

Learning & Development:

- Partner with the L&D team to roll out targeted training programs that enhance employee skills, support career growth, and drive performance.

- Promote career mobility and assist employees in understanding development paths within the organization.

Qualifications and Skills:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; MBA or HR certification is a Plus.

- Proven experience in an HR Business Partner or Strategic HR role, preferably supporting sales or commercial teams.

- Strong business acumen with the ability to align HR strategies to business goals.

- Excellent interpersonal, coaching, and communication skills.

- Strong analytical mindset with experience using data to inform strategy and decision-making.

- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic, and results-driven environment.
