At NorthBound, we are developing a self-development ecosystem that enables individuals to move from procrastination and overthinking into clarity, consistency, and momentum.

This internship is designed to provide hands-on experience in community engagement, operations, and participant management. You will work closely with the founder and mentor behind NorthBound, gaining exposure to how real transformation is delivered in people's lives.

Job Description:

  • Connect with participants via phone calls and WhatsApp for confirmations, reminders, and follow-ups.
  • Post-masterclass: gather feedback from attendees and guide them on their next steps.
  • Maintain organized records in Google Sheets/Excel (registrations, attendance, follow-ups, conversions).
  • Support smooth engagement within our online community.
  • Work directly with the founder/mentor to understand how transformational programs are run.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Empathetic, people-oriented candidates with strong communication skills (spoken & written).
  • Comfortable making phone calls and engaging participants with warmth.
  • Basic familiarity with Google Sheets/Excel, WhatsApp, and online tools (AI tools a plus).
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive with a willingness to learn.
