Job Overview

  • We are seeking an experienced Identity & Access Management (IAM) professional to strengthen our enterprise identity and access management capabilities.

This role will be critical in ensuring secure and seamless user access across platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, implement, and manage Single Sign-On (SSO) solutions across various applications.
  • Configure and maintain Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) integrations to enhance authentication and authorization processes.
  • Implement and support Ping Identity solutions, including Ping Access and Ping Federate.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure robust identity lifecycle management, provisioning, and access governance.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve identity federation, authentication, and access issues efficiently.
  • Support security audits, compliance, and access governance initiatives.
  • Provide technical expertise and knowledge transfer within the team to drive excellence in IAM.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • 8+ years of experience in Identity & Access Management or related roles.
  • Strong hands-on expertise with SSO technologies and federation protocols.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD).
  • Solid experience with Ping Access and Ping Federate for authentication/authorization.
  • Understanding of identity lifecycle management, provisioning, and access governance.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills in enterprise IAM environments.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
