Seeking a technical professional to lead Workday implementations and support.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for the technical aspects of implementing and supporting Workday Human Capital Management (HCM) modules, including integrations, reports, and customizations. The candidate should have experience in Workday HCM with a strong technical background and expertise in Workday Studio, Core Connectors, EIBs, and other Workday technical tools.

  • Collaborate with partners to gather integration requirements and understand business needs.
  • Design and develop complex Workday integrations using Workday Studio, ensuring efficient data flow and compatibility.
  • Implement and maintain integrations while adhering to best practices and data security standards.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues, working closely with cross-functional teams.
  • Create technical documentation, including design specifications, test plans, and user guides.
  • Stay up-to-date with Workday updates and incorporate them into integration strategies.
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and implement complex integrations with Workday.
  • Develop and maintain integrations, following best practices.
  • Ensure seamless data flow and compatibility.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues.
  • Create and maintain technical documentation.

Required Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • Proven experience working as a Workday Integrations Consultant.
  • Expertise in Workday architecture and integration concepts.
  • Strong understanding of programming languages like Java, Python, or similar.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and communication skills.
