About the Role:

As a Product Management Lead at Paytm, you will be responsible for driving the strategy and roadmap of our Payment Gateway product. You will work closely with business heads and engineering partners to deliver high-quality financial products in a fast-paced and challenging environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Work with business leads to understand product use cases, customer journeys, and business applicability.
  • Ability to understand different technology platforms and work with solution architects/engineering leads to write detailed product requirement documents.
  • Make clear, simple, and technically sound decisions.
  • Lead product team processes (Agile/Scrum) and manage expectations and track roadmap regularly.
  • Be involved in what your team is building - Run edge cases, test products proactively, and provide feedback early in the cycle.

Requirements:
  • Professional experience in a product management or analytical role, with 3-5 years of experience, out of which minimum 2 years in product management.
  • Bachelors degree in engineering, computer science, and/or related field.
  • Exceptional customer experience intuition; demonstrated success in creating innovative and user-friendly products and customer-facing features.
  • Possess excellent oral, written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
