About the team: This team's mandate is to drive Paytm's success in the Commerce space by building offerings that scale to the vast user and merchant base of Paytm. Partnerships with merchants are key to offering users value through unique offerings that make product purchasing affordable, rewarding and seamless.

About the role: The ideal candidate will spearhead the EMI & Affordability merchant experience charter for Paytm. This includes the suite of products and tools that help a Merchant and/or Brand setup and drive EMI & affordability payments through Paytm's suite of payment offerings with its end users/consumers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Expand and optimize Paytm's EMI offering for multi-store, multi-city big businesses as well as for smaller merchants that make the bulk of Paytm's merchant base.
  • Define the go-to market strategy and launch new product features in the market.
  • Drive end-to-end product roadmap - from planning, execution to impact assessment.
  • Develop and implement a data-driven approach to drive growth and revenue.

Requirements:

  • 4-7 years of industry experience with a proven track record of solving problems at scale.
  • Natural with understanding user requirements, creating optimal solution constructs, working x-functionally, influencing without authority, the market opportunity, strategize and build product roadmaps to achieve both short and long term goals.
  • Ability to influence business partners, internal stakeholders as well as external parties to arrive at the most optimum product solutions.
  • Exceptional customer experience intuition; demonstrated success in creating innovative and user-friendly products and customer-facing features.
