About the Role: We are seeking a Product Owner to enable the delivery of high-quality financial/payment products in a fast-paced, challenging, and creative environment. You will work with business heads and engineering partners to drive the strategy, roadmap, and execution of a product area to build high-quality products/systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive the product roadmap and strategy to deliver high-quality financial/payment products.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact products.
  • Bring a consumer-first mindset and work backwards to understand consumer pain points and business imperatives.
  • Foster a growth mindset and find new ways to acquire users from inside and outside the Paytm ecosystem.

Requirements:
  • MS or BS/B.TECH in computer science or equivalent experience from a top college.
  • Minimum 4+ years of experience, with 3 years in Product.
  • Experience leading small teams and superior organisation, communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
  • A proven performer and team player who enjoys challenging assignments in a high-energy, fast-growing, and start-up workplace.
