About the Role:

Are you a product management professional looking for a challenging opportunity to drive the delivery of high-quality financial products? Do you have a passion for building products and working with technology stacks? We are seeking a Product Owner to join our team at Paytm, a leading financial services company in India.

As a Product Owner, you will work closely with business heads and engineering partners to drive the strategy, roadmap, and execution of a product area. You will be responsible for understanding product use cases, customer journeys, and business applicability, and for making clear, simple, and technically sound decisions. You will also work with multiple stakeholders, including senior management and cross-functional teams, to influence decisions and manage technical roadblocks.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Work closely with business leads to understand product use cases and customer journeys
  • Ability to understand different technology platforms and work with solution architects/engineering leads
  • Make clear, simple, and technically sound decisions
  • Work with multiple stakeholders to influence decisions and manage technical roadblocks
  • Lead product team processes and manage expectations and track roadmap regularly

Requirements:

We are looking for a product management professional with a strong background in product development and a passion for building high-quality products. The ideal candidate will have:
  • Professional experience in a product management or analytical role
  • Bachelors degree in engineering, computer science, and/or related field
  • Exceptional customer experience intuition and ability to create innovative and user-friendly products
  • Excellent oral, written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
