Strategic Financial Leadership Opportunity

The Opportunity
  • Partner with senior leadership to develop and implement the company's financial strategy
  • Lead development of annual budgets, forecasts, and long-term financial plans aligned with strategic objectives
  • Provide actionable insights and trend analysis to senior leadership for informed decision-making
  • Oversee preparation and presentation of accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to evaluate business initiatives, investments, and cost optimization
  • Implement and enhance financial modeling, planning tools, and processes for greater efficiency
  • Monitor KPIs and develop dashboards to track financial and operational performance
  • Ensure compliance with internal controls, corporate policies, and regulatory requirements
Qualifications
  • CA/MBA (Fin)
  • Deep expertise in financial modeling, forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis
  • Proven track record in strategic financial planning and team leadership
  • Experience in high-growth or startup environments
  • Strong record of driving process improvements in FP&A
