Project Leader

This critical role is pivotal to overseeing and driving strategic financial initiatives, ensuring seamless operations, and facilitating cross-functional collaborations throughout the organization.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing project strategies and governance frameworks by establishing dashboards, workplans, and trackers for key projects.
  • Coordinating high-level meetings and following through on action items with senior leaders.
  • Conducting regular performance reviews with program and operations teams.
  • Supporting the CFO in launching new business models and legal entities, while maintaining a focus on delivery.
  • Monitoring and mitigating project risks, dependencies, and timelines.
  • Overseeing high-priority projects from inception to completion with minimal oversight.
  • Tracking progress against the CFO's strategic goals and escalating any delays or issues.

Requirements:

  • Education: MBA in Finance, Strategy, or Project Management (PMP certification highly desirable).
  • Experience: 6-10 years in finance, strategy, or project management roles.
  • Proven skills in project planning, coordination, and risk management.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with senior leaders.
  • Proficiency in data and financial reporting tools.
