We are seeking a seasoned Financial Planning and Analysis Leader to join our organization. In this role, you will be responsible for working closely with senior management to develop and implement financial plans that drive business growth and profitability.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and maintaining accurate and detailed financial models and reports to inform business decisions;
  • Providing actionable insights and recommendations to senior management on financial performance and trends;
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements and cost-saving initiatives;
  • Analyzing and interpreting complex financial data to inform strategic business decisions;
  • Communicating financial results and recommendations effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders;

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A bachelor's degree in Finance or a related field;
  • At least 2 years of experience in financial planning and analysis, preferably in the IT industry;
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex financial concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders;
  • Excellent Microsoft Office skills, including advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills;
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple projects and deadlines;
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills;

Key Qualifications:

  • Advanced degree in Finance or a related field (CA or MBA);
  • Experience working with corporate finance at FP&A function or business finance;
  • Sharp analytical skills;
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills;
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team;
