This role requires energetic individuals who can effectively manage and nurture client relationships, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.

Responsibilities:

  1. Translate client briefs into specific actionable items for different departments
  2. Manage client engagements with the client team
  3. Articulate brand requirements and communicate them internally
  4. Handle operational job requirements
  5. Minute meetings clearly
  6. Follow up with internal teams for job delivery as per committed timelines
  7. Wear the brand hat and disseminate information internally
  8. Be the brand custodian

Requirements:

  • Proven work experience as a Client Servicing Executive or a Client Service Representative
  • Prior experience working in an agency
  • Experience working with BFSI/Fintech clients (preferably)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good time management and organizational skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Deadline-driven and highly motivated individual
  • Able to maintain calm composure in stressful situations
  • Good listening skills
  • Able to work independently and collaboratively
