Key Responsibilities:- Lead on-ground execution of store launches and hyperlocal marketing activations in assigned zones, ensuring brand visibility and local market engagement.
- Develop and manage partnerships with local vendors, societies, and communities to drive customer acquisition.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute localized campaigns and enhance brand presence.
- Serve as the on-ground point of contact for city/zone launches, guaranteeing timely and high-quality delivery.
- Maintain and report key performance indicators: orders, new customers, cost per acquisition, net promoter score, etc.
- 3–5 years of experience in on-ground marketing, Go-To-Market execution, or city launch management.
- Proven project management and operational execution skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder coordination abilities.
Foster a culture of continuous improvement by providing actionable insights and recommendations for future marketing initiatives.
