The Key Purpose of this role is to drive revenue, build and maintain relationships, and contribute to the overall growth and success of the company through effective selling strategies and Partner engagement.

Responsibilities:

  • Represent our brand to promote services to agents, international educators, and prospective students.
  • Willing to familiarize with our vision and mission, seeking to accomplish set goals and objectives.
  • Represent our team at various recruitment events.
  • Provide updates on pipeline, growth strategy, and customer satisfaction.
  • Implement sales strategies, client service and retention plans, and analysing sales data to inform or update marketing strategies.
  • Implement marketing and recruitment strategies through research and market analysis to maximize international student outreach.
  • Assist with drafting business plans, sales pitches, presentations, reference material, and other documents as required.
  • Collaborate effectively with admissions and customer support teams while demonstrating the skill to resolve conflicts.
  • Maintain relationships with our key account recruitment partners.
  • Manage assigned set of recruitment partners and drive various stages of the application funnel

About You:

Experience Required:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent
  • Minimum 5 years of professional experience in international student recruitment and/or higher education institutions.
  • Knowledge and understanding of the international student marketplace and its challenges.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills – written and verbal with willingness to work with people of all backgrounds.
  • Ability to build long-term relationships with key stakeholders both externally and internally.
