We are a B2B ed tech International Student Recruitment organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Represent us to promote services to agents, international educators, and prospective students.
  • Familiarize with our vision and mission, and work towards accomplishing set goals and objectives.
  • Represent us at various recruitment events.
  • Provide updates on the pipeline, growth strategy, and customer satisfaction to the Area Manager.
  • Implement sales strategies, client service and retention plans, and analyze sales data to inform marketing strategies.
  • Implement marketing and recruitment strategies through research and market analysis to maximize international student outreach.
  • Assist with drafting business plans, sales pitches, presentations, reference material, and other documents as required.
  • Collaborate effectively with the admissions and customer support teams while resolving conflicts.
  • Maintain relationships with Key Account Recruitment Partners.
  • Manage assigned recruitment partners in the region and drive the application funnel.
  • Experience in social selling, including leveraging networks to reach critical contacts.
  • Run regular meetings with recruitment partners for customer feedback and growth plans.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
  • Minimum 5 years of professional experience in international student recruitment or higher education institutions.
  • Knowledge and understanding of the international student marketplace and its challenges.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build long-term relationships with stakeholders.
