Key Responsibilities:
- Represent our brand by promoting services to agents, educators, and prospective students.
- Drive revenue growth through effective selling strategies and partner engagement.
- Attend various recruitment events to promote our brand.
- Provide regular updates on pipeline progress, growth strategy, and customer satisfaction to Area Managers.
- Develop and implement sales strategies, client service plans, and analyze sales data to inform marketing strategies.
- Collaborate with the admissions team to develop and implement recruitment strategies through market analysis.
- Assist with drafting business plans, sales pitches, presentations, and other documents as required.
- Maintain strong relationships with Key Account Recruitment Partners.
- Manage a portfolio of recruitment partners and drive various stages of the application funnel.
- Utilize social media platforms to leverage networks and reach critical contacts in targeted accounts.
- Host regular meetings with recruitment partners for feedback and growth planning.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
- Minimum 5 years of professional experience in international student recruitment or higher education institutions.
- Knowledge of the international student marketplace and its challenges.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills – written and verbal.
- Ability to build long-term relationships with key stakeholders.
