Key Responsibilities:

  • Represent our brand by promoting services to agents, educators, and prospective students.
  • Drive revenue growth through effective selling strategies and partner engagement.
  • Attend various recruitment events to promote our brand.
  • Provide regular updates on pipeline progress, growth strategy, and customer satisfaction to Area Managers.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies, client service plans, and analyze sales data to inform marketing strategies.
  • Collaborate with the admissions team to develop and implement recruitment strategies through market analysis.
  • Assist with drafting business plans, sales pitches, presentations, and other documents as required.
  • Maintain strong relationships with Key Account Recruitment Partners.
  • Manage a portfolio of recruitment partners and drive various stages of the application funnel.
  • Utilize social media platforms to leverage networks and reach critical contacts in targeted accounts.
  • Host regular meetings with recruitment partners for feedback and growth planning.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
  • Minimum 5 years of professional experience in international student recruitment or higher education institutions.
  • Knowledge of the international student marketplace and its challenges.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills – written and verbal.
  • Ability to build long-term relationships with key stakeholders.
