Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role for a Recruitment Specialist, located in Chandigarh.

The Recruitment Specialist will be responsible for facilitating the end-to-end hiring process, including sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and managing the selection process. Day-to-day tasks include coordinating with department heads to understand hiring needs, advertising job vacancies, evaluating candidates, and organizing training sessions for new recruits. The Recruitment Specialist will work closely with management to ensure that all recruiting activities align with the company's objectives and values.
