We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Data Architect to lead our end-to-end data architecture initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive data architecture strategy that supports business growth and innovation.
  • Create a scalable and secure data infrastructure that enables real-time insights and analytics.
  • Design and implement data governance frameworks, policies, and procedures to ensure data quality, integrity, and compliance.
  • Leverage cloud-based technologies to build a hybrid data platform that integrates on-premises and cloud-based systems.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business needs and develop data-driven solutions that drive revenue growth and customer satisfaction.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 12+ years of experience in data engineering and architecture, with 5+ years of experience leading large-scale data projects.
  • Proven expertise in designing lakehouse/warehouse architectures and event-driven data pipelines at scale.
  • Strong understanding of dimensional/star schema and semantic modeling.
  • Experience with Azure Data Stack (ADLS Gen2, Databricks, Synapse Pipelines, Azure SQL, Purview) and Power BI.
  • Deep knowledge of insurance data, including policy lifecycle, coverages, endorsements, claims, premiums, reserves, bordereaux, and broker accounting.
  • Hands-on experience with Python, SQL, and CI/CD for data.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
