About the Role

As a Lead Data Strategist, you will be responsible for developing and implementing end-to-end ML solutions that drive business outcomes. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs and provide technical expertise to design and deliver tailored AI/ML solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Engagement: Build trusted relationships with stakeholders from technical teams to C-level executives.
  • Solution Design: Architect ML solutions, including predictive models, recommendation systems, and generative AI applications tailored to client use cases.
  • Implementation Leadership: Lead proof-of-concepts, pilot deployments, and production implementations while ensuring seamless integration with client systems.
  • Technical Consulting: Conduct data assessments, provide ML strategy recommendations, and guide clients through model lifecycle management.
  • Knowledge Transfer: Mentor client teams and build internal data science capabilities through training and best practices sharing.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Master's in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related quantitative field.
  • 5+ years hands-on data science experience with 2+ years in customer-facing or consulting roles.
  • Proven track record delivering ML solutions in production environments.
