Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships in the real estate market.
- Collaborate with the team to generate leads and convert them into successful property sales.
- Identify business opportunities, networking channels, and potential investors.
- Assist clients with end-to-end property transactions, ensuring a smooth experience.
- Promote company projects through online/offline platforms, events, and personal networks.
- Work with management to create growth strategies and achieve sales targets.
- Uphold professionalism, integrity, and transparency in all business dealings.
Requirements:
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for real estate.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
- Prior experience in real estate/business development is a plus.
- Goal-oriented and willing to build long-term partnerships.
