Key Leadership Position

We are seeking an exceptional General Manager to oversee regional revenue growth and lead a dynamic team of professionals.

About the Role

This is a unique opportunity for a seasoned executive to drive business expansion, manage critical performance metrics, and foster a high-performing team environment.

  • The successful candidate will own business-critical initiatives, including product launches, process improvements, and vendor management.
  • They will contribute to strategic decisions through data-driven insights and collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
  • Leading by example, they will develop a strong understanding of design requirements and customer experience to maximize business results.
  • The General Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to drive sales growth, improve customer satisfaction, and enhance team performance.
  • They will also own quality assurance processes, ensuring seamless design experiences for customers and internal stakeholders.
  • In this role, the individual will be expected to meet key performance indicators (KPIs), such as timely design sign-offs, snag-free designs, and sales/category penetration.
  • As the voice of the city and customer inside our organization, they will ensure continuous feedback drives improvement across the board.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (B.Design/Civil or equivalent) with an MBA being a plus.
  • At least 7-8 years of experience in an interior fit-out business, with a proven track record of managing revenue-generating teams or selling design products/services through designers.
  • Strong attention to detail, excellent written/oral communication skills, and structured thought process to convey business requirements effectively.
  • Demonstrated leadership and people management skills, with direct team reporting experience.
  • Significant personal and professional drive to continuously improve Design and Design experience standing.
  • Deep understanding of interior fit-out industry processes, market trends, and customer needs.
  • Strong leadership skills to hire, retain, motivate, and develop diverse teams.
  • Ability to track and train team members on job-specific skills, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions.
  • Customer empathy and a deep understanding of customer problems, with the ability to provide trustworthy and knowledgeable support.
  • Representative of our organization, demonstrating hunger, humility, and a lean approach to achieving goals.
