Job Title: Placement Director

Job Description:

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our placements team. The ideal candidate will have 8-10 years of relevant experience, preferably with a strong background from a reputable business school.

This senior leadership role involves developing strategies to attract new partners and maintain existing relationships. You will be responsible for cultivating and maintaining strong relationships with corporate partners, negotiating and finalizing partnership agreements to secure placement opportunities.

The successful candidate will collaborate with academic departments to align placement opportunities with student skills and curriculum, ensuring high-quality placements. Additionally, you will monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of partnerships, addressing and resolving any issues that arise during placements.

You will prepare and present reports on partnership status and outcomes to senior management, staying updated on industry trends to identify new opportunities.

Requirements:

Education:

MBA or equivalent from a reputable business school, with a specialization in finance, business analytics, or data science.

Experience:

8-10 years of relevant experience in placements, corporate relations, or a related field, including strong networking and relationship-building skills, leadership and team management experience, and ability to work under pressure.
