Job Title: Senior Manager

Description: As a senior manager, you will lead a team in our office and oversee various tasks such as inspection report reviews, disciplinary proceedings, and case preparation. You will also be responsible for verifying show cause notices, action letters, and penalty approvals.

Additionally, you will handle member queries, review requests, and appeals before higher authorities or the Securities Appellate Tribunal (SAT). Your role will involve collaborating with internal stakeholders and external regulators to contribute to business excellence initiatives.

The ideal candidate will have a degree in CS, CA, MBA, or LLB, with 13-15 years of experience in BFSI/Capital Markets and strong regulatory compliance exposure. They should possess knowledge of statutory requirements in financial markets and experience in presenting cases before Disciplinary Authorities, Committees, or SAT.

Key Performance Indicators: Adherence to defined TATs and accuracy standards, effective stakeholder management, timely regulatory responses and reporting, team leadership and development, and continuous process improvement and innovation.
