Job Title: Senior Operations Manager

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Operations Manager to play a crucial role in ensuring the safety and comfort of our clients and visitors. The primary responsibility of this position will be to plan and execute all preparations needed for meetings and conferences with clients and VIP visits.

This includes managing the mailroom, front office, and housekeeping teams. The successful candidate will also be responsible for performing daily check-ins around the front office and lobby to ensure high standards.

In addition to operational duties, the Senior Operations Manager will work closely with vendors to review their services and coordinate with them to resolve any service issues.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure a safer and more comfortable work environment for clients and visitors.
  • Manage the planning and execution of meetings and conferences with clients and VIP visits.
  • Oversee the operations of the mailroom, front office, and housekeeping teams.
  • Perform daily check-ins around the front office and lobby to ensure high standards.
  • Work closely with vendors to review their services and coordinate with them to resolve any service issues.

Requirements:

  • Core facilities management skills.
  • At least 7 years of experience in facilities management.
  • Tertiary qualifications in hotel management, building management, and/or business are highly desirable.
