Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a highly skilled Pre-Sales professional to join our team in Hyderabad.

  • Proficient in understanding ITIL, ITOM tools and fundamentals
  • Knowledge of ISMS is required
  • At least 4+ years of experience in IT services/RIMS, including pre-sales
  • In-depth understanding of IT infrastructure and the challenges faced by enterprises and IT practitioners in managing their increasingly complex IT infrastructure and navigating dynamics within IT organizations
  • Familiarity with current IT sourcing models
  • Pre Sales/Solution Design and/or Service Delivery experience with IT Infrastructure Services
  • Minimum 4+ years of experience in professional services/alliances/solution engineering/consulting/technical sales with expertise in architecting and deploying solutions, and rolling out new technology and solution initiatives
  • Skilled in facilitating and conducting webinars and presentations to customers, including conceptual design and whiteboard sessions
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills for interacting with senior business managers
  • Able to build solutions, and tailor proposals or presentations for given scenarios
  • Strong customer engagement background and expertise
  • Trusted advisor role for customers or partners
  • Excellent articulateness and interpersonal skills
  • Collaborate with Business Development Managers and/or Account Executives and other individuals within the sales group to maximize revenue potential by equipping them with the relevant material (RFP/RFI/RFQ responses, Solutions, etc.)

  5. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to provide innovative solutions
