Job Summary

This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned business analyst to join our team in a pre-sales role. As a critical link between the sales team and potential clients, you will be responsible for understanding client needs and crafting tailored solutions.

The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical, communication, and technical presentation skills, as well as the ability to collaborate effectively with both internal teams and external stakeholders.

  • RFP/RFI Management: Lead the end-to-end process, ensuring timely and accurate quality responses.
  • Client Engagement and Requirement Gathering: Understand client needs through workshops, interviews, and other methods.
  • Solution Development and Proposal Creation: Analyse client needs, develop solutions, and create compelling proposals and presentations.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with sales teams, technical teams, delivery teams, and other stakeholders throughout the pre-sales process.

Requirements

We are looking for someone with:

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills: Ability to analyse complex business problems and develop effective solutions.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills: Clearly articulate complex information to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Experience in pre-sales activities: Proposal writing, RFP/RFI management, and client presentations.
  • Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills: Work effectively with diverse teams and individuals.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team: Manage own workload and contribute to the overall team effort.
